Quotations

Quotations are prepared based on the documents and information supplied by the client and are confirmed in South African Rand before work commences.

Turnaround and pricing

• Duplicate translations and reprints are charged at half price.
• Clients cannot hold our translators liable for any errors arising from an illegible source document.
• Translations are completed in one day. This means the next day, not the same day, provided the source document is received before 15:00.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for supplying legible source documents and for confirming names, terminology and spelling conventions required for the final translation.

Confidentiality

All documents and client information are treated as confidential and handled with appropriate discretion.
